Change-to make the form, nature, content, future course, etc., of (something) different from what it is or from what it would be if left alone.
We can all agree that some things in our world are in need of change. In fact, lots of things, thousands of things are in need of outside influence. Everything could use some aspect of change, and while we may not agree on exactly what that may be, there is no doubt things need to be fixed, and if we all contribute, it won't be hard at all.
